Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Onirot! We're committed to getting your Maxfine Crystal Lip Oil to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping details below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information where available.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

  • Estimated delivery: 8–12 business days after processing.
  • This timeframe is an estimate and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on your location, carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak seasons.

Our products are shipped from our partner fulfillment warehouse to ensure quality and the best pricing for our customers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update after you receive it. If your tracking hasn't updated after a week, contact us at nahianfran@gmail.com, and we'll look into it right away.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes applied once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of ordering at nahianfran@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

  • If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us — we'll investigate with the carrier.
  • If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
  • If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors/household members and your local carrier first, then contact us.
